We’re a family at Royal Food Service and as such, the health and safety of our customers is our main priority. We take extra precaution with our produce every step of the way. From our drivers, to our fleet, to our facilities, and everything in between; safety and quality are of the utmost importance. Our facilities are regularly inspected by third-party auditors. We regularly test our recall management protocol and choose to work with GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) certified farms, Regular training and practice of the recall process keeps this vital link to food safety in top working order so you can be assured you are receiving the most wholesome product available in today’s market.
Royal Fresh Cuts offers customers a better choice through their zero-prep produce products by controlling all their processes. We invest in state-of-the-art equipment, facilities, and implement quality standards and practices.
Royal Fresh Cuts’ commitment to quality includes excellent facilities and safety measures that ensure the highest quality fresh cut produce.
Quality-critical processes begin with raw fruits and vegetables arriving at our clean docks from fully-audited sources. They are moved to the prep area where temperatures and processes are monitored and controlled.
The equipment Royal Fresh Cuts uses in its facility is the best that is available for slicing, dicing, cleaning, drying and performing all other processes. Its facilities feature air systems that force particulate away from the preparation and clean room areas.
All employees in the preparation and clean room areas are properly trained in food safety, cutting techniques, and are re-trained to stay abreast of important food safety and quality issues. All workstations are thoroughly cleaned after each production run.
Royal Fresh Cuts ensures the safety and quality of its products by meeting stringent requirements for food safety, facilities that meet established food production standards, and other safety measures. HACCP measures are in place to ensure that the cold chain from the produce vendor to our clean docks, to you, remains unbroken. Our floors are coated with antimicrobial additives that channel residue to efficient drainage systems. Entryways between the preparation and clean room areas decontaminate all passing traffic.
To ensure a high level of quality products and value to our customers, we use absorbent technologies in our product trays to extend shelf life, improve taste, absorb excess fluids, and reduce spillage that can occur when opening trays.

Safe Quality Food (SQF) – Level 2
Fresh Cuts is registered through NSF International Food Safety, LLC. Its Quality Management System is certified as meeting the requirements of Safe Quality Food (SQF) Edition 7.2 for Accredited HACCP-based Food Safety Plans for the processing of fruit and vegetables.
California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF)
Fresh Cuts meets National Organic Standards established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Program for Handling of organic fruits and vegetables.

Certified Kosher
Fresh Cuts is registered by the Atlanta Kashruth Commission and certified to manufacture products that are prepared under the Orthodox Rabbinical Supervision and is accordingly Kosher and Pareve (only when bearing the AKC kosher logo on the label). The following products are Kosher and Pareve:
